Cleaning: Thursdays 1:00-5:00

Working as a team, each little guinea pig gets to enjoy a nice clean house, toys and other equipment. Working with the guinea pigs can be a very rewarding experience.

Cleaning is conducted on Thursdays  from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Call before coming in case we have had to make an emergency pick up. Please complete the attached forms and check this page often to check shelter status for need of volunteers for that week.

Transport Drivers:  On Call Bases....

We are looking for people who are willing to act on call to pick up guinea pigs from local shelters or public meeting places and bring the guinea pig to the shelter the same day as the pick up. Drivers are given 24 hours notice of a needed pick up and can decline the transport if busy.. Sometimes we have long distance rescues. It would depend on your interest. For more information call or email and we will send you out a brochure.
